Disaster RecoveryDisaster recovery is the process, policies and procedures related to preparing for recovery or continuation of technology infrastructure critical to an organisation after a natural or human-induced disaster. I have written and designed Disaster Recovery documentation for various organisations who needed written procedures. That in the event of a planned recovery or an actual recovery everyone involved would have to hand the correct documentation and know what procedures they would need to follow in disaster recovery scenario.
