Making sense of complex technical information

My job is to take information from a variety of sources including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and turn that information into a useable document. Where a company has bought a Software product they want to know what makes the application tick. They want to know how to use the product to achieve results and know they have invested in superb product.

Writing with consistency clarity and clear vision

We may all speak English but let's be clear not everyone knows how to write clearly and to the point in plain English. I keep each sentence to the point, avoid verbosity and present everything in a logical sequence.
